Registration Policies

• Conference registration is non-refundable. A registered participant may substitute, at no cost, the name of another person in his or her place. Please submit name change requests to registration@beerinstitute.org.
• Pre-registration is required. Registration is not available on-site.
• International participants who require a visa to enter the United States will be provided with further information on their registration confirmation e-mail.
• Beer Institute is committed to the health and wellness of all participants. We will enforce all current CDC recommendations for health and safety protocols. Additional health safety protocols, such as mask wearing or testing requirements, may be specified based upon updated official health safety guidelines for public meetings and best practices. For the latest information, please visit the Health Safety Protocols​ page. Face masks will be available at the registration desk for any participant requesting one.
